Anderson Park Neighborhood

Located on Fargo’s west side, Anderson Park is a vibrant neighborhood known for its parks, playgrounds, recreational paths, and the popular Red River Zoo. The first residential units were built on the south side of the neighborhood in 2005, marking the beginning of its growth. Anderson Park is currently developing with a blend of commercial and park spaces along major thoroughfares like I-94, I-29, and 45th Street, while the central area is seeing the rise of medium to high-density residential properties. With its combination of green spaces, recreational opportunities, and convenient access to both commercial and residential areas, Anderson Park is becoming a well-rounded and appealing community.
