This property is simply put one of the most remarkable properties I've ever been on! This is a large acreage property located only minutes from Duluth, Hermantown and Cloquet! The property itself consists of scenic rolling hills and a very nice mix of timber! The timber has many areas of gorgeous red pine plantations! Also a black spruce plantation. The other areas consist of aspen and other tree species creating a beautiful property with excellent potential for future logging income! There is also some super very scenic beaver ponds that help create ultimate habitat diversity for all game and non game animals alike. This property has trails leading all around the land and many of the trails were suitable for travel with a truck.
