TERMS: We are pleased to be offering DDM LLC’S quality farmland to the highest bidder in three different parcels. This is Parcel 1 & 2. Upon a final bid acceptance by the seller, buyer shall enter into a purchase agreement and pay a $50,000 non-refundable down payment, per parcel, the day of auction. Balance is due with certified funds on August 5, 2022 the date of closing. Possession shall be after the 2022 crops have been removed. Buyer is responsible for plowing after the crops have been removed. Seller shall pay real estate taxes payable on the 2022 tax statement and Buyer to pay thereafter. A Buyers Premium to Apply.
