Amber Valley Neighborhood

Located on Fargo’s west side, Amber Valley is one of the city’s newer commercial districts, featuring a variety of restaurants, office spaces, and retail establishments. The neighborhood became part of Fargo in 1995 and is continuing to develop with a mix of residential and commercial properties, particularly along I-94 and 45th Street. While most of the housing in Amber Valley consists of rental units, there are also some homeownership options scattered throughout. The Sanford Fargo Medical Center, currently under construction at the intersection of I-94 and Veteran’s Boulevard, is slated to open in 2016, adding to the area’s growing appeal. Multi-purpose trails connect Amber Valley to surrounding neighborhoods and parks, enhancing the neighborhood’s accessibility and outdoor recreation options.
