Bluemont Lakes Neighborhood

Bluemont Lakes, located in south Fargo, became part of the city between 1975 and 1986. This primarily residential neighborhood is bordered by two of Fargo’s major commercial areas—25th Street and 32nd Avenue—offering convenient access to a wide range of services. Residents enjoy proximity to more than a dozen restaurants, a grocery store, Essentia Health, Meritcare Southpointe Clinic, the Dr. James Carlson Public Library, and various retail shops. For outdoor recreation, Bluemont Lakes is home to Ed Clapp Park on the south-central edge and Woodbury Park in the northwest corner, providing ample space for leisure and activities.
