Centennial Neighborhood

The Centennial neighborhood, located on Fargo’s south side, became part of the city between 1989 and 1995. This predominantly single-family residential area offers residents easy access to a variety of parks and multi-use trails, including Centennial Park, Timberline Park, Oak Creek Park, Fox Run Conservancy, and Rose Coulee, which winds through the community. The neighborhood is named after Centennial Elementary School, situated on 25th Street and 40th Avenue South, adding a strong community feel to this well-connected and family-friendly area.
