Davies Neighborhood

Nestled in one of Fargo’s rapidly growing areas, Davies is a neighborhood that takes its name from the nearby Davies High School, which opened its doors in 2011. The school, named after Judge Ronald Davies, a key figure in the U.S. Civil Rights Movement, anchors this emerging community. Primarily residential, Davies is predominantly made up of single-family homes, with the expansive Eagle Point subdivision standing out as one of its largest developments. The area is thoughtfully designed with a large water retention pond at its center, set to provide residents with recreational opportunities such as kayaking and fishing, enhancing the neighborhood’s appeal as both a place of history and leisure.
