The District Neighborhood

The District is designed around a “town within a town” concept, blending commercial, residential, and mixed-use spaces. Commercial development lines the perimeter of the neighborhood, while the interior and central areas feature residential homes and walkable, mixed-use destinations. Development in The District began in 2008 with the construction of a new Walmart, setting the stage for further growth and creating a unique, integrated community.
