How do real estate referral fees work?
We sign a written referral agreement with your brokerage before we engage the client. At closing, your brokerage receives the agreed referral fee directly from the settlement statement. No surprises, full transparency.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Fargo–Moorhead metro and surrounding communities, including Fargo, West Fargo, Horace, Kindred, Casselton (ND) and Moorhead, Dilworth, Glyndon, Detroit Lakes, Perham, and the Lakes Country region (MN).
How quickly will you contact my referral?
Same business day whenever possible — typically within a few hours. We introduce ourselves, confirm goals and timing, and schedule a consultation right away.
How do I stay updated on my client’s progress?
We provide proactive updates at key milestones: first contact, consultation, home tours or listing prep, offer/negotiation, pending, and closed. You’ll always know where things stand.
Will you protect my client relationship?
Yes. Your client remains your client. We never solicit beyond the referred transaction and will direct all future out-of-market needs back to you.
